Qualifications

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Document care provided in the resident’s chart and communicate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) :

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire.
