Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior, participate as a member of the treatment team, contribute to the Master Treatment Plan and implement appropriate interventions from the plan.
• Conduct individual and group psycho‑education, leisure activities and life‑skill training and coaching for all patients.
• Responsible for safety monitoring of patients and of the unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, CPI.
• 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Active C.N.A. Certification.

Salary range: $19 - $28 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job to be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
