POINT LOOKOUT NURSING & REHAB in Hollister, Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide compassionate resident care.

Duties include assisting residents with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, mobility, and documenting intake; reporting changes to the supervising nurse. Qualifications include a current CNA certification, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and the physical stamina to support residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, meals, turns, ambulation and hydration throughout shift.
• Help residents with personal hygiene and feeding/nutrition supplements.
• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist as needed.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data.
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards.

POINT LOOKOUT NURSING & REHAB, located in Hollister, Missouri is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
