Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with 2+ years of healthcare experience to join our Wisconsin team. You will assist with patient care, hygiene, feeding, and basic medication support under nursing supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, assisting mobility, preparing rooms, and reporting changes to staff. A valid WI CNA license and BLS/CPR certification are required, along with a background check and a recent TB test.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Wisconsin CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred).
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have a recent 2-step TB test completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care tasks to ensure comprehensive, personalized care.
• Groom and bathe patients with low mobility.
• Prepare patient rooms with blankets, pillows, equipment and bathroom supplies.
• Assist with eating and medication administration.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist mobility and walking activities.

Shore Staffing is looking for dedicated and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

Responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Duties include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication and assessing their patients' vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need
• Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility
• Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs
• Helping patients eat and take medications
• Making sure they have regular meals
• Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing staff
• Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
• Exercising patients by helping them walk

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a valid CNA WI License
• Must possess a valid BLS / CPR certification (American Heart Association (AHA) preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
