Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily nursing care and personal services according to each resident’s plan of care. You will provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing resident conditions, and collaborating with the care team to promote resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA certification required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
