Job summary

Clearstream Rehab and Nursing Center in Michigan is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/CENA) with NEW & INCREASED wages. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is paid out across the first year’s paychecks, starting on the second check.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with 8- or 12-hour shifts, shift differentials, hazard pay, a 401K with 10% company match, and comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance plus generous PTO. Join a team that values you daily.

• 8 Hour DAYS, AFTERNOONS, or MIDNIGHT shifts OR 12 hr shifts 6am-6pm & 6 pm-6am
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Pay rates increase based on years of experience with BRAND NEW C.N.A.s starting at $21.90
• $2.00 shift differential for ALL weekend shifts with perfect attendance!
• $2.00 shift differential for ALL afternoon shift & $1.00 Shift differential for midnight shift with perfect attendance!
• $3.40 Hazard Pay for all C.N.A. Shifts
