Job summary

The Terraces at Capitol Village seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their care team, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules. The role offers $16.50 to $19.00 per hour, all-inclusive, with Daily Pay.

Under licensed nursing supervision, CNAs provide basic resident care, assist with activities of daily living, observe conditions, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities for CNAs

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.


• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.


• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.


• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.


• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.


• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.


• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.


• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.


• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
