Complete Care in Prospect Heights, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts. We welcome candidates with a NJ CNA certification and a passion for resident care.

CNAs will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vitals, support mobility, and report changes to licensed nurses. Benefits include competitive pay, shift differentials, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CNA Certification.
• Overnight applicants must have 1+ year CNA experience in LTC.
• Open to candidates of all experience levels; shift availability varies.

• Effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Support residents with mobility and proper positioning for safety.
• Take, record and report vital signs to licensed nursing staff.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to licensed nurses.
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care team.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Take, record, and report vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to licensed nursing staff
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of licensed nurses
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with meal service and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
• Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team to support coordinated resident care
