Job summary

Journey in Greensburg, KY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Care Team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive community setting.

Certified in KY as a CNA/SRNA/GNA and committed to ongoing education (minimum 12 hours annually) are required. Journey offers competitive benefits, PTO, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Certified in KY as a CNA/SRNA/GNA.
• Must attend at least 12 hours continuing education annually.
• Provide ADL assistance, monitor vital signs, document changes and report to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Assistance: Provide support with activities of daily living and emotional support.
• Health Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vital signs, document patient information, and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Environment and Team Collaboration: Maintain infection control, keep a safe environment, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Health Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vital signs, document patient information accurately, and report changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Environment and Team Collaboration: Follow infection control protocols, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
