Ashton Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Greensboro, NC. We offer full-time, part-time or PRN positions with a new wage scale and competitive benefits.

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with residents' activities of daily living, serving meals to residents, and assisting with feeding as needed, providing or assisting with resident personal care, and taking/recording vital signs.
