Job summary

Medicalodges is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care to residents for daily living activities, ensure quality care, and support the licensed nurse in implementing care plans. We Own It!

Medicalodges is a 100% employee-owned organization with over 30 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities committed to compassionate seniors. This full-time role includes shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM, with benefits that include PTO, stock ownership, insurance and 401k, and

Qualifications

• Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrates patience and empathy

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
