Job summary

Southshore Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gary, IN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team on all shifts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a small, supportive facility under new management.

We offer competitive pay with shift differentials and a strong emphasis on professional growth, teamwork, and a mission-driven work environment. FT and PT positions are available based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification and provide compassionate care.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Available for all shifts, full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, skilled care to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Collaborate with team and document care as required.

Competitive Pay and Bonus Potential!

Salary –$16.25 to $18.50, based on experience

Shift Differentials - 2nd Shift: $1.00/hr, 3rd Shift: $1.50/hr
