Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing neighborhood in Gainesville, FL. Under supervision, you will deliver compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure resident safety and dignity.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current CNA certification, and CPR certification (or plan to obtain within three months).

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)

Pay Range

$22.00 - $22.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
