Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team at Valley View Healthcare Center in Fremont, OH. CNAs provide daily nursing care aligned with each resident’s plan of care, offering companionship and support to residents.

Responsibilities include hygiene assistance, monitoring changes, teamwork to ensure comfort, and maintaining a safe environment. Medicare/long-term care environment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
