Job summary

Pathfinder Senior Living in Fremont, NE is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care and daily living assistance on a day/evening rotating shift.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will perform basic nursing tasks, assist with personal care, support activities and social programs, and help create a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice must be in good standing.
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Prepare residents for activities and social programs.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
