Job summary

Indian River Center in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and promote dignity and comfort.

We offer full-time 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, part-time, and PRN positions with a $5,200 sign-on bonus and a $2.00 weekend shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long‑term care or acute care preferred.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide mobility support and maintain safe resident areas.
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
