Job summary

Pine Trail Nursing and Rehab Center in Greenacres, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health status, and report observations to nursing staff.

Responsibilities include documenting care, communicating with the team, and helping maintain a safe, comfortable environment. Must have CNA certification, pass Level 2 fingerprinting, and adapt to a fast-paced long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and eligible for hire.
• Pass Level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
• Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials, transporting patients, answering patients' call lights and requests, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop patient care plans and implement interventions
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
