Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work with residents, providing daily nursing care and support as per each resident’s plan of care. CNAs will also offer companionship and encouragement to residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
