Job summary

Maple Glen Center in Fair Lawn, NJ seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. You will work alongside licensed nurses to assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include supporting ADLs, communicating effectively with residents and families, and upholding high standards of care. Training and ongoing development are provided in a supportive, team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must complete a state-approved CNA program and hold current certification.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety and communication.

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
