SYNERGY HomeCare of North Seattle/Shoreline/Everett is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in Everett, WA. Responsibilities
- Provide supportive care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Administer basic care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
- Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the healthcare team
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that align with patients' goals and preferences
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care
