Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by the State.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and support care teams.
• Assist with meals as needed.
• Follow infection control and center policies.
• Record vital signs (height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as instructed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided

• Assisting at meals

• Following infection control and center policies

• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed

• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State Required

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred

• Experience preferred, not required
