Legend Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities and to promote their well-being. This full-time nursing role may require evenings and weekends as needed, and offers a range of employee benefits.

Ideal candidates will hold the required state CNA certification, with previous experience being a plus but not required. Attendance bonuses and shift differentials are offered, along with a drug-free workplace expectation.

• Demonstrate ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

We are looking for a committed individual with required certifications for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities of this position would include but not be limited to:

• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required.
