Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking qualified CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in the Midwest. This paid per-visit role offers meaningful work helping vulnerable individuals stay safe and healthy at home.

You will deliver personal care, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with families and clinicians to maintain quality of life. We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and benefits including medical, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old and an active CNA Certification
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be comfortable working independently in the home environment

Hiring Range

This is a paid per visit position - Rates range from $20 - $22 per visit
