The Loft Healthcare of Rock Springs seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our skilled nursing facility. You will assist residents with daily living tasks in a fast-paced setting while supporting high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
• Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Observe, report, and document resident condition changes.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Support restorative nursing and mobility needs.
