Angel Companions Senior Care, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for seniors in the Decatur, GA area. The role focuses on assisting with ADLs, transfers, and mobility, while maintaining client dignity and independence in their own homes.

The CNA will collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans, monitor client progress, and maintain accurate records, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (Georgia)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes, including:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assistance with transfers, ambulation, and mobility

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to management and/or physicians

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care and progress

• Participate in staff development and training programs to further enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
