You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support transfers, and collaborate with nurses to implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital sign monitoring, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with patient transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
