Summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse. Documents appropriately, completes admission procedures, responds promptly to resident needs, performs rounds, repositions residents, takes vital signs, and ensures proper application of care devices. Performs procedures as instructed, maintains supplies, completes job duties with ongoing education, and interacts effectively with team members. Maintains confidentiality and provides shift reports. May be assigned additional duties as appropriate.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Preferred: Long-term care experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer patients safely
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour
