Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Commerce, MI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily nursing care according to their care plans. You will provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living under the supervision of caregiving teams.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while adhering to facility policies. Prior CNA certification and a High School diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
