Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. The role emphasizes compassionate, holistic assistance and collaboration with the clinical team to meet resident needs.

Pay ranges from $21.50 to $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and QMAP certification, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. 12-hour day or night shifts rotate, including every other weekend.

Formación

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be available all year for employment.

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.

Job Description

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation:

$21.50 to $26.50 (max)/hour (depending on experience and QMAP Certificate), plus shift differentials

Schedule:

12 hour Day or Night shifts, rotating schedules with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required

Sign On:

$1,500 sign on bonus for full time
