Job summary

Complete Care at Clark is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role on the 3pm–11pm shift. You’ll support residents with daily tasks, mobility, and monitoring, while delivering dignified, high-quality care.

Active CNA in New Jersey, HS diploma or GED, and strong communication skills are required. Tuition reimbursement and career advancement opportunities are offered by a growing healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in New Jersey
• High School Diploma or GED
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity and quality of life
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
