Job summary

Yonkers Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily activities and meals, ensuring quality care in a team-focused setting.

Offers include a $6,000 sign-on bonus, health benefits, PTO, daily and weekly payroll, and flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles, with an overnight shift differential of 10%.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification by State required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and collaborating with the team to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as practical
