Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Cheyenne, WY seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team and provide routine daily nursing care to patients in accordance with Life Care standards.

This full-time position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The CNA will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care, ensure safety, and support patient comfort and dignity at every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current active CNA license in the state.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
• Exhibit professional behavior and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
