Job summary

Premier Cadbury is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Cherry Hill, NJ team. You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily activities, and report observations to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role offers a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified CNAs and competitive monthly pay with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA Certification is required.
• Knowledge of nursing care and resident safety standards.
• Friendly and professional bedside manner.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and observational skills.
• Understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Turn and reposition residents who require assistance.
• Respond to resident calls and requests, providing comfort and care.
• Communicate observations about resident conditions to nursing staff and supervisors.
• Accurately document care using forms, logs, and reports.
• Follow facility policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing CNA training and stay current with facility standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by proactively assisting the team.
