Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Holly Springs is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our home care team. You will provide non-medical assistance, companionship, and helpful daily support to clients in their own homes.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($16–$18), direct deposit, a signing bonus after 90 hours, paid orientation and training, flexible schedules, and travel allowances to help you match with nearby clients. Join an independently owned, national agency committed to respectful, life-affirming care

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior home-care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship.
• Assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Remind clients about medications and coordinate with families.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Be punctual and available to cover shifts when needed.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare of Holly Springs, you will:
