The Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing in Cartersville, GA is seeking a caring, professional Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, ambulation, taking vital signs, recording data, and maintaining resident confidentiality while delivering compassionate, respectful care. Full-time and part-time shifts with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and strong shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• Active GA CNA license required.
• Outgoing and team-oriented mindset and good communication.
• Ability to perform ADL tasks and take vitals.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with all ADLs.
• Measure and record temperatures and blood pressures.
• Observe and document responses to medications and treatments.
• Follow safety and infection control policies.
• Support unit activities and care coordination.

Summary:

We're seeking a caring, professional, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Cartersville, GA area to perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed practical nurses. Duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting with all ADL's, ambulating and transfers, taking and recording vital signs, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of resident and facility records/information.

Responsibilities of the CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

• Assist patients with hygiene needs.
• Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures
• Observe and record patients' reactions to medications and treatment.
• Practice safety and infection control policies
• Participate in the organization and prioritization of patient and unit activities.
