Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily personal care to residents in our 78‑bed setting. You will change linens, assist with grooming, and help with ambulation using proper devices.

The position offers a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus, shift differentials, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and education reimbursement. Excellent bedside care and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
