Job summary

Burbankhealthcare in California is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing facility team. We provide residents with compassionate care under RN supervision and support daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients or stand long periods, with or without accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for residents under supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreation, outings.
• Maintain unit organization to ensure smooth operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse
• Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $21 - $23 / Hour

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
