As an Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avir at Hearne, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and compassion to our residents. About the Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress
- Participate in educational programs and training to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and put the needs of our residents first
Responsibilities:
- Assist with vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature checks
- Help with mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shift schedules, including evenings and weekends
