Shepherd of the Hills Living Center in Branson, Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate team.

We provide daily living assistance, hygiene support, observation, and documentation to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in the process of obtaining certification.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are important for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals.
• Turn, ambulate, and provide fluids and nourishment.
• Assist with hygiene and personal care.
• Observe health status and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Document resident intake and fluids.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Maintain clean and safe living areas.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Support nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and confidentiality rules.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a truly valued member of a truly valued team here at Shepherd of the Hills Living Center!
• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) helps Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurseDocument Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and Valid CNA certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills
