North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our 100-bed facility in Boston, MA. The role involves providing compassionate, hands-on care under licensed nursing supervision to support residents’ safety, dignity, and quality of life.

We offer full-time hours (3-11 shift), daily pay, competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $22, and shift differentials. Join our team committed to Passion, Respect, and Excellence in resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active Massachusetts CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Support resident needs to ensure physical and emotional well-being.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
