Crestview Home is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a FullTime on-site role. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and work under licensed nursing supervision in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and collaborating with the care team to ensure the highest quality of resident well-being.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest practicable physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being of our residents.
As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and more, while promoting a safe and dignified environment for all residents.
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment, including restocking supplies and performing light housekeeping duties
Document resident care and communication with the healthcare team
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and implementation, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure continuity of care and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team
