Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Battle Creek community. CNAs will assist residents with daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s care plan, while providing companionship and encouragement to residents and their families.

You will work with the care team to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being, following established plans and procedures in a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
