Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist patients with daily activities, monitor health conditions, and report any changes to the care team.

You will also support families along their health care journey with love and compassion, while benefiting from a supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor conditions, reporting any changes to the care team.
• Support families along the health care journey with love and compassion.
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the clinical team.
