Life Care Centers of America in Massachusetts is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include direct patient care, daily living activities, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure quality care.

We offer full-time schedules in seven-day rotations including 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM, with 32 hours weekly. Education and licensure requirements include high school diploma, state CNA training, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must remain current.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
