Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Compassionate and dependable with a strong commitment to resident care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help residents with meals and hydration as needed.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility while maintaining resident safety.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control practices, and safety procedures.

What You'll Do
