Qualifications

• 12 months of caregiving experience required (Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice).
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities related to daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist with lifting and transferring patients.
• Maintain electronic medical records and work under the direction of a Case Manager RN.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required)
• 12 months of caregiving experience (required) (Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice)
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Hospice experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication (written, verbal, and active listening)
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work in an electronic medical record system
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Good understanding of body mechanics
• Strong understanding of professional boundaries
• Valid driver's license (required)
