Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Annandale, VA is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to provide warm personal care and companionship to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' wellbeing and coordinate with nurses to update care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' needs and coordinate with the Nurse to update the Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

$20.00-$23.00/hour

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
