Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide high-quality daily nursing care in accordance with state and local standards, and the Plan of Care. The role focuses on compassionate resident support and accurate documentation.

The CNA will perform ADLs, assist with medications and treatments, maintain a safe, clean environment, and collaborate with the care team. On-the-job training is provided; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care per nursing procedures and the Plan of Care.
• Support ADLs including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
• Observe, report changes in condition and assist with care treatments.
• Maintain an atmosphere of warmth, monitor safety, and follow infection control.
