Job summary

Liberty Senior Living, part of Liberty Healthcare Management, is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evening shifts at Carrollton Courthouse in New Orleans, LA.

The ideal candidate is a registered CNA, 18+, with a high school diploma and a genuine care for geriatric residents. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, oral hygiene, and accurate shift documentation, with additional duties as assigned. Background checks and a drug-free workplace are required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or registration in DFS registry.
• 18 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADL’s as needed during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
