Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, assisting with bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, while working closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or equivalent, a State-approved CNA program, and an active license. CPR certification is preferred and ongoing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Exhibit professionalism and communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
